Dynamic Yoga

Dynamic yoga......this is the class I attended this evening. I attached the blurb about the class because I just would not remember those big words! I thoroughly enjoyed it. Red, hot and sweaty......but that's me whatever I do! I am feeling relaxed and rejuvenated at the same time and the lower back pain I've had for weeks has gone! As we left, new mat, eye mask and bag in tow, it was recommended that we practice every day.....which I aim to do providing I can find quiet when my daughter and partner are not around!

Sounds fun, I might try it

You inspired me to look at classes near me - didn't realise so much was available. All sorts of dancing, yoga, hula hoop. Trying to persuade Mr EllaMidlands to come along, not having much joy

👏🏻 It's amazing isn't it?! There is also partner yoga here, but my Mr won't come along.

Good for you for doing it!

I'd forgotten how much I do, I hadn't done it for 20 years!

Oh, I wish I had the courage (and time) to take yoga classes! I think it would do wonders for my running. Well done you!

Thank you. The class is just an hour, and it doesn't have to take that much time out of each day ....apparently 10/15 mins. I just need to find that time to myself?

Maybe in the early morning before everyone else wakes up? Let's know how you get on with it!

That's when it's was suggested......I will need oodles of willpower for that! But then again I do get up at 5.30am when I'm on early shifts!

Not what you're looking for?
