So I'm going to pat myself on the back, after procrastinating I finally went to my first Yoga class! I thought it would be like pilates high intensity abs burning gruelling exercise (though pilates is great) but it wasn't it was calm and gentle there was still some thighs, bum & tum exercise going on. It was rally refreshing. Plus I felt very confident when I left, thinking your not going to be able to do anything and being able to keep up with basically everything I was very pleased.
Yoga Goal - Being able to do a headstand!
