I have yoghurt, oats, omega seeds and fruit - really filling and very tasty. Sometimes I turn it into a smoothie and add some avocado, that is very filling as well.

How about porridge pancakes with bacon, onion and mushroom or beans and egg on toast, if you eat bread or a breakfast muffin which is like an omelette cooked in the oven.

Try smoked salmon and scrambled eggs or an egg white omlette with smoke salmon

Both high in protein and omega 3 and low carb

Can't forget porridge :) :O I've only discovered it this year after a lifetime of disliking it.

Loads of fruit & honey or I mix in cooked down blackberries and make a smorridge (smoothie/porridge). Had it with peanut butter plus had it with crispy bacon and maple syrup. Haven't yet tapped the depths of it yet.

However, this morning I was clearing up leftovers in the fridge and had bacon, egg, liver and fried carrots, all covered in chilli sauce. Does that count?

Have you tried popping into the Daily Diaries, lots of great ideas there.

My fault for not making myself clear, I just stir it in. The smorridge was just my labeling idea for making my first million :)

Good to know though.

Homemade smoothies are good for an early start on the go. Chuck in almond milk, banana, yogurt, seeds. Experiment.

I'm going to repeat yesterday's breakfast because it was so yummy. Mushroom and tomato (sautéed in a little olive oil) omelette with melted Brie.

I was told to buy a new one lender and make fruit smoothies to help my weight loss and my absorption of vitamins and calcium after being recently diagnosed with Coeliac disease. Is this not the case? I am

I would be a little cautious with smoothies Slinkykaz as you can soon consume a few hundred calories and I never feel full after a ‘drink’ . . . I like porrige in a morning with bits and seeds and a little single cream, or eggs in some form or another.

Have you been along to the Daily Diary? Loads of ideas on there 😊
