I have poached eggs got tired of porridge x
I have yoghurt, oats, omega seeds and fruit - really filling and very tasty. Sometimes I turn it into a smoothie and add some avocado, that is very filling as well.
got bored of yogurt and oats
Bacon, Mushrooms, boiled egg, and tomatoes is tomorrow's breakfast
sounds good to me but not for me at 3am every day lol
Try smoked salmon and scrambled eggs or an egg white omlette with smoke salmon
Both high in protein and omega 3 and low carb
How about a poached yellow fish and poached egg, high high protien. 😁😁😁
Fruity French toast. Recipe on Change4Life Smart Recipes app. Love it!
Can't forget porridge I've only discovered it this year after a lifetime of disliking it.
Loads of fruit & honey or I mix in cooked down blackberries and make a smorridge (smoothie/porridge). Had it with peanut butter plus had it with crispy bacon and maple syrup. Haven't yet tapped the depths of it yet.
However, this morning I was clearing up leftovers in the fridge and had bacon, egg, liver and fried carrots, all covered in chilli sauce. Does that count?
Have you tried popping into the Daily Diaries, lots of great ideas there.
My fault for not making myself clear, I just stir it in. The smorridge was just my labeling idea for making my first million
Good to know though.
1scoop whey protein, 5g creatine, tsp espresso, 2 eggs, 100g cottage cheese, 1/2 avocado, handful kale or spinach, milk, all whizzed up.
Homemade smoothies are good for an early start on the go. Chuck in almond milk, banana, yogurt, seeds. Experiment.
I had shreddies and milk
I'm going to repeat yesterday's breakfast because it was so yummy. Mushroom and tomato (sautéed in a little olive oil) omelette with melted Brie.
How about mini omelette with bacon mushrooms whatever you fancy made in Yorkshire pud tins. Keep in fridge for a couple of days just take out on a morning eat cold or heat in microwave. Great if no time to prepare first thing.
I went to the gym and by the time I got back it was 10.30-11 so I had lentil chilli. Mmmmm....
Porridge lol
I was told to buy a new one lender and make fruit smoothies to help my weight loss and my absorption of vitamins and calcium after being recently diagnosed with Coeliac disease. Is this not the case? I am
I would be a little cautious with smoothies Slinkykaz as you can soon consume a few hundred calories and I never feel full after a ‘drink’ . . . I like porrige in a morning with bits and seeds and a little single cream, or eggs in some form or another.
Have you been along to the Daily Diary? Loads of ideas on there 😊
I’m a porridge and fruit fan . All bran too. I’ve lost five stone eating these breakfasts, often followed by whole meal toast and meridian peanut butter. Delicious!
