Breakfast
Poached egg on toast, or boiled egg with toast soldiers does it for me !!!
I lived in Spain for nine years and often have a typical Catalunian breakfast - toast (thin rings from a baguette are good), rubbed with garlic, a little olive oil (I sometimes leave this out), then grated tomato or chopped tinned tomatoes ( I cut these in the tin with scissors) and a bit of salt or pepper, it's delicious and quicker than it sounds. Calories depend on the amount of bred you have.

Thanks very much x x
Real porridge oats (30g) with 100ml water - microwave 1 min on high - stir in 2 tsp honey! Lovely keeps me full for 5 hours!
I second Eggs, not always the most convenient but hard to beat when it comes to a complete package of nutrition. I'd say fry em in a little butter to make the perfect balance of Macronutrients but the anti fat brigade will be on my back!
Oats of any kind. Good for filling you up and fighting cholesterol. I don't think most flapjack recipes count though
Eggs if possible, but if you need something quick you could try plain yoghurt with some nuts or fruit you add yourself. I prefer a full-fat, live-culture yoghurt.
Try this website nicsnutrition.com it's an amazing web page with some brilliant recipes x
Wholemeal toast and marmite, yoghurt and fruit or oats, porridge plenty of options find what you like and make it work for you
I rate eggs too. If I am going to be short of tome I boil them the night before and have them on the go.
