I did not know if weighing after every week or monthly which was better. Well I weighed myself after a week and a half. I gained 4 to 5 pounds. So I am going back to weighing myself on Mondays weekly. That way I can keep better track of healthy food intake Seeing one pound a week is just as good as seeing 4 pounds a month. See you Monday weighers either high or low. Tomorrow is the beginning of a new week. And anybody that had a few munchies like I did over the weekend do not fret over it. We will be on track Monday and along with our exercise plan. We cannot be perfect all time . So one day at a time and be good and kind to ourselves were only human. Bless you all and your are a great bunch of people.

I prefer weekly weigh ins as well. It allows for a more immediate change of direction if needed🙂
