I have lost 18lbs so far. I have 26 left. I just started exercising so I plan on doing it for sure. When I feel like sweets I use distraction like taking a hot bath or walking. Try to cut down at first. Try a little dark chocolate which can actually aid in weight loss. Good luck to you. There are lots of people here that have lost huge amounts of weight. You can do it!!

Good morning Beautychocolate, I agree always opt for dark chocolate. When I need something sweet I have dark chocolate rice cakes, 55 calories per cake or nakd bars these are higher in calories but filling. I was trying to cut out processed foods, but I find I still need the occasional treat. Good luck on your weight lose journey .

Hi beautychocolate. I've been doing the 8 week blood sugar diet which has meant hardly any carbs. Cutting out choc has been a struggle but after nearly 5 weeks the craving has just about gone. I guess it depends on what you want at the "end" of your diet and whether you can limit yourself to a treat say at the weekend. I think I'm probably going to stay off it now as it was becoming a bit of an addiction. BTW have lost nearly 2 stone in that time. Good luck😊

Hi I'm pretty much going to say the same as the other comments !!!! I do have a sweet tooth but am also on a gluten free diet due to IBS.....which is 99% better !!! so I cant just jump in the cake box or biccy tin. My must have is dark choc rice cakes. Some of them have mint, raspberry and toffee chips on them...they are delish !!!!! Good luck and ration the naughty stuff !! X
