Hi , have weighed myself for the past three Monday mornings sadly have stayed the same no weight loss . I have been good eating within my calorie allowance 1500 -1700 and doing some walking so don't know what I'm doing wrong ????

Did you get your calorie allowance from the NHS BMI calculator?
Don't give up. It was 5 weeks before I lost even an ounce. The support on this forum got me through it.π€
Do make sure you check how many calories you should be eating on the NHS bmi calculator and if this advises a different amount to what you have been eating then do make sure you eat between the amounts it advises otherwise your body will think you are starving it and turns what you do eat into body fat and this weighs more than eating the extra calories does so it stops you from losing weight and sometimes puts weight on instead. Don't make this mistake as I did this for years. If you are eating between the right amount then I can't say I know what the problem is but the only thing I know with me is that I wouldn't weigh in on a Monday because I often end up with parties or going out at weekends so I weigh in on a Thursday to give me enough time to get rid of any extras that could happen at weekends. Maybe this could be a reason for you too. I know this might not be the case though. Good luck with your journey.
