Hey ,I started weight lost program and its been now 20 days. Before I join gym,my actual weight was 77 kg and since then ,now its 75 kg . I have forbidden garbage Jung food like burger,pizza and sugar drink since 20 days . I have some query regarding weight lost is that I have not lost belly fat so far, and its making me depressed . I do cardio exercise like ,running on treadmill, cycling, elliptical machine. Please help me what I have to do to lost my belly fat since I lost 2 kg in 20 days ,it is slow progress as I take carbohydrates wheat flour in my diet because I hate to eat veggies, please help me what I do to loss belly fat and stay motivated😢😢😢

Well done on your weight loss, keep going. When I started I didn't see any visible signs. But don't forget we have fat around our organs and if this fat is going its got to be a good thing

Firstly well done in losing 2kgs over the last 21/2 weeks which is great going. You have only been eating healthy for 20 days so please try not to look for big changes at the moment as it is early days. Are you taking your measurements as that is a good way to see where you are losing weight from. If you don't like any veg then how are you getting your 5 a day? Do you eat fruit?

Why not have a look at the Daily Diary on the Home page next to the weigh in to see what other members are eating and to pick up a few tips along the way.

It's sad but true that you can't actually target weight loss to a specific area of your body. It tends to be lost from all over rather than just one place. As long as your overall trend is down you're going in the right direction.
