Went to a country show Monday and ate my way around. Ice cream, brownies, paella just a few to mention. Tuesday tried to get back on the wagon but fell off with 2 flapjacks! Today so far so good but out for Italian tonight!!! Just leaves Thursday and Friday to try and limit the damage. Messed up big time π©π©π©π©π©π©

You'll be fine. Just don't let the setbacks ruin it. Get back on track and don't give up.

Italian isn't necessarily too bad. Just avoid the garlic bread and anything in a cream sauce. And if you end up with a huge meal, eat half and take the rest home for the next day. Or later, or a neighbour!

Hi Kimbell, don't feel bad, we all do things like that. Just persevere and you will change your habits.
We all have bad days put the last few days behind you and start afresh tomorrow
Special occassions I consider a treat and expect to fall off the wagon but try and eat as healthily as possible but don't worry about it- you have to give yourself permission every now and then to relax and have a treat- otherwise I think food would dominate your life. Accept this week is a blip and refocus for next week- the main point have you enjoyed yourself?
Everyone has these times as others have said better a blip than a blop. Remember, today was today and tomorrow is a brand new day.XX
