Didn't get weighed this week as I went off the rails last towards the end of last week. Was totally stressed out so drank and ate rubbish. Feel really bad. Back on the wagon now so am going to try extra hard this week.

Don't worry about it you know what you have to do,GET BACK on the straight and nano and start again this week. I have been on holiday for a week so I have been eating and drinking too.

We can start this week together, I go back to work today lunch made calories counted for lunch and breakfast already, decided to cut my calories this week to give me a kick start but if I go a bit over not going to beat myself up.

So here goes good luck Athea46 😀

I love that you take this approach. It's so motivational for me as well to realise that a) falling off the wagon happens to us all and b) we can all follow your example and say "tomorrow's another day". Good luck Anthea

I understand how you feel, I haven't fully started again so I'm not weighing myself every week but when I was it was stressful, the only thing bad about not weighing yourself tho is this week when you do lose weight you might not see it in scales as you have no idea how much weight you might have gained therefore it could affect your attitude towards healthy eating. It's okay have you have bad days, at your weigh-ins they can let you speak about it and get it all out so you can start next week fresh. I wish you best, remember ups and down happens in everything :)

I know that can be a bit heartbreaking but atleast now you are taking control. I know it's fearful but that is amazing that you did it. And know you know what you gained and know if next weigh in if you lose any. Well done and keep us informed :) x

I look at my "diet" as a lifestyle change. Its ok to have "bad" days so long as you make up the next few days/weeks with exercise. I would encourage you to use the myfitnesspal app and measure your food and exercise both good and bad. When you are bad you look at the calories and see exactly how bad they were and the consequences of being bad. It kind of puts you off eatting too much, atleast it does me. The key to everything is to plan your meals. If you have eaten too much, exercise more.
