It was our daughter's wedding art the weekend. Trying to get back on track again.
The fridge is full of cheese and the pantry full of cake!
Any tips on how to ignore these items?

Dont know for sure but maybe when you have people visit try to offer them bits of cake or cheese to at least take home with them or if you think you can cope with it let them have some while there. Not everyone can cope without it themselves but I know I could. Even if you visit someone take some with you to give to them. Also if you wrap bits up and know where you keep each different types of things you won't see it which would help too. Even if you do give in at time at least it would go quicker by giving some to others so you won't have to put up with it as long. Maybe some cheeses you can put with salads or something. Hope you think of some ideas.
Hi julygirl
Hope you had a lovely day at your daughter's wedding.
If it was me having all that cheese in my.fridge it wouldn't worry me, as i don't really eat cheese. As for the cakes, i would have to give them all away, in fear of eating them myself. That was always my biggest downfall, sweet things, so i don't buy them or else they would all be gone!
HubbysMissMouse has given a few good ideas.
Good luck
Thank you the wedding was fantastic. I weighed myself this morning and haven't had a weight gain which is positive.
I am trying to give the cheese and wedding cake away! It's a sponge one so won't keep indefinitely. Maybe it won't look so appealing in a few days!
