Trying to get on track

Went to gp to talk through why my husband went downhill so quickly. No answers just a whole combination triggered everything. Can’t quite get head round it. My torn tendons also given way so not in a great place but going to give the 1400 cals you recommend a go. I try to stick to 1200 but everyone says not enough

My daily menu comes to 1207 so will post and await comments

Have you looked on the nhs bmi calculator. It will give you calorie aim based on your height age and current weight. You might be surprised to see it’s more than the generic 1400 calories. xx

Have you run the NHS BMI calculator?

nhs.uk/Tools/Pages/Healthyw...

The range of calories you need to be at is at the end.

You posted in the right place. Is the menu what you have eaten today or what you plan to eat tomorrow? xx

Most people post the day before or in the morning. If you post late there won't be much chance that someone will see it and the feedback will be a lot less. If you post tomorrow's menu this evening then I know you'll get a lot more feedback.

I have commented in the DD where you posted Smiffyliz and suggest that you copy and paste in tomorrows DD which is already up and running :)
