hello 
I have 'rebooted' quite a few times on here but the last time I started to lose weight my mum was suddenly diagnosed with ovarian cancer and i sort of gave up. anyway 4 months later she is doing very well and I am back and ready to lose 4 stone as my knees are beginning to suffer.

Glad to hear your mom's doing well now. Naturally you needed to support her through her treatment so other things took a back seat. So now she's on the mend you have more time and energy to devote to other things again. Much better than trying to struggle through when you've got other things to worry about.
