Calorie Counting

For the last week I have been doing a religious calorie count of my intake every day. It's really made me aware of what I consume but it has also allowed me realise that it is okay to have a treat a couple of times a week. This week has registered a 2 lb weight loss! I am happy with this. If only I could get the motivation to move and exercise, I know this would be more. My post on here and on craigslist urging fellow big girls/boys to get in to get in touch for group sports has only yielded one and a half (who is soon to relocate to London). I so hoped there would be more interest, but, I guess a group has to start with at least three or more. So, time to plod on!

Well done in losing 2lbs this week that is brilliant going. Why not try on eof the challenges to get you motivated into moving more, you can find them in the Pinned post section on the right or at the bottom if your on a mobile.

2lb loss is a good weekly loss well done - steady and slow is the best way to go :)

well done with your weight loss. have you tried looking up a couch to 5k group near you? they are usually free or charge a v low weekly amount. they are very popular at my gym, all ages and abilities join in and meet up a few times a week. it starts with walking and is built up from there. I have friends that joined my gym after doing it and haven't looked back! good luck x

How do you work treats into your plan? Everything good comes in multi packs :/

I buy as needed at a corner shop or a petrol station. So I take a trip out to buy the trip. If I had it at home it would be consumed in 1/175 of the time!

If you have a partner, they could hide the multipack and give one to you as you've earned it, I guess

Not what you're looking for?
