After hearing from a few of you guys and gals on the forum mentioning the MyFitnessPal app. I thought I would give it a try.
Took a while to download with the prehistoric net speed we have here but once it did, wow, what a timesaver. Won't be going back to the old method now.
Coming up for the end of week 4 in a couple of days, we'll see how we get on.

It does take a little getting used to, but I find it a great way to stay on track
Thank you -I have thought of calorie count for a long time -hence my extra20 lbs and I was wondering how to get familiar with the count -I shall try map and thank you everyone your posts are very encouraging B bree
I split the back page of my weekly tracker into 7 and wrote everything (really small!) on it, then totted up referring to previous sheets for the cal count, or using the NHS calorie finder for new stuff. Bit of a pain.
