Got the exercise off to a good start yesterday, 30 mins in the morning cardio and strength. Then took the kids on the cycle path for an hour early evening, me and hubby had to walk very briskly to keep them in sight. Feel better already. Got another walk planned this afternoon, housework this morning unfortunately, but it keeps me moving. Hope everyone has a great day !!
