So far - hope I haven't tempted providence but I bought some strong cheddar cheese. Just had 1 oz with half a granny smith and a small coffee. Had slice of melon first. Should tide me over until about 8 p.m. when I plan to eat.
Bit annoyed earlier - rushed about (not a morning person with health conditions) and got to a talk on astrology and it had been cancelled. I was hemmed in and anyway, the substitute talk was interesting but backache and all the rest of it...stuck it as long as I could and made my excuses, thinking sod it, my health is more important! Next time I will make my excuses straight away if it's something I'm not all that interested in. Moan moan! Had a lovely ride round the local beaches, sorted me out! Hope everyone else has had a Good Eating Day! x

I love apple and cheese mustgetslim 😊 any kind of cheese actually, much prefer it to chocolate! And much better for you. One ounce can go long way, and I buy a good strong one.
Hi there Anna61 - I also love all cheeses and frequently lose control over it so only buy it when I feel strong about it. I bought the Tickler extra strong - really enjoyed it. Will weigh it into 1 oz portions and freeze it. Thanks.
I freeze just about everything - will open big tin of beans, portion it and freeze. I cook a meal for 4 and freeze 3 portions (on my own I would never cook every night!), eat one. Buy veg, cook, portion and freeze. I suppose I am the Queen of Freezing!! Some people prefer to grate their cheese instead of cubing it but I drop it all over! x
A small portion of cheese sliced apple or pear is one of my “go to” snacks also. Much better nutritionally for you than crisps, chocolate, cake et cetera! 🙂
