Welcome! I wish you the best of luck with your journey I've only recently joined and I have found the support here invaluable
All the best xxx
Hi and welcome,
You can do this 💪
Make small changes they are easier to sustain, set yourself mini goals (lose 7lb, I went swimming, I stayed within my calorie allowance for a week, I walked to work) and non-food reward yourself for each one you achieve (a book, lip stick, magazine, bubble bath)
Find an exercise you enjoy and have fun you are more likely to stick with it if you are enjoying yourself
Stay active on the forum it really does make a difference, join a challenge, weigh in, the daily diary is fantastic for help, support and great ideas, ask questions, chat or just read the posts
Most importantly enjoy your journey
Good luck
Kat xx
Wishing you luck and lots of willpower too....................................with the help and support here you can achieve stuff.
I do find great tasting herbal teas good for comfort and almost no cals, keep your hands occupied which is half the battle, mine tend to be occupied by tea or warm cat, if you can pet a pet great, very soothing too.
Secondly plan and avoid sharing bags of stuff, far too tempting small bags seem better,, well to me.
Hello to you! You're now part of a great gang. I'm newish and finding the forum just fantastic. Tips, recipes and ideas.. But most of all, non judgemental support and encouragement. Sharing really is caring. Enjoy the journey, you're in good hands now.
