Today was the first day my wife has been on her own since finding out about having lung cancer stage 4 on August 8th of this year (4 days after our anniversary)
Its a huge step for us as it allows me to go back to work part time and keep the wolves from he door even though they have been really good wolves and never tried to bite lol.
Jacqueline is eating loads better, still in small portions so building her strength up slowly but surely getting ready for round 2 of chemo.
Thank you all for your recipes and encouragement
I didn't have a photo of light at the end of a tunnel on my phone so the photo I have put on will do justice of how we both feel. I took this coming home Thursday from work. From that angle I live at the end of that rainbow.
I hope your work is supporting you through this difficult time. Well done for keeping positive and celebrating good days. I wish you and your wife all the best.
The last 3 months must have been very hard for both of you. It must be wonderful to see your wife's appetite returning. I wish you both the very best for the future.
That's great news. Long may Jacqueline's improvement continue ? I have lots of experience of being in your situation and I know only too well that you must enjoy every moment of every day you have with her. 💐💐
There is gold at the end of that rainbow. I am praying for your wife. I wish you the best and the strength to overcome. God bless!
What a beautiful picture. Wishing you both love and strength to make the most of every moment. It's a reminder to all of us that every day should be lived like that, because you just never know what life has in store for us. All the best x
What a beautiful photo and how lucky to live under the rainbow. Glad to hear that your wife is eating a little more. Wishing you both strength, happiness and lovexx
