Hope you all had a good long bank holiday weekend, and are enjoying the sunshine!
I had rather too much fun on Sunday, not going to bed until the wee hours of Monday morning. It is very, very unlike me, (I like to be tucked up by 9:30 LOL). Due to my various health things, I am still playing catch up.
So, I've spent all week exhausted, eating bad food, and not doing much exercise. I still walked Luna every morning though. I take her about 6am, and I can tell you it was quite a shock Tuesday morning. I made the mistake of waking up and going straight out the door. Half an hour in, I was so dehydrated I thought I was going to pass out!!
So I am hoping to get back to it this week. I need to up my exercise, as I am not loosing weight. Does anyone have any tips for good things I can do at home, and squeeze in? I work from home, and find it really hard to justify stopping working to exercise!
Thanks everyone!

You can do more exercise and there are people here that can better help point you in the right direction but the biggest reason that you are not losing weight is that you're not eating and drinking as well as you could.
Are you keeping track of what you eat and keeping it within the range as set out by the NHS BMI calculator?
Do keep yourself hydrated. The more fluid you the less likely you are to feel hungry unnecessarily.
If you have got an access to a push-bike and a route with not too many hills, a 20 minute cycle can be a quick way to raise your heart-rate, get fresh air etc and return feeling like you've done another "daily bit". Good luck!
I hope you are feeling a little brighter after your difficult week.
For weight loss it's more important to keep a tight rein on calories. The Daily Diary is fabulous for helping with this 😊
However, exercise is great for improving fitness and boosting our happiness. I firmly believe that any kind of movement is good, walking, dancing, stair climbing, yoga, or anything else that you find enjoyable 😊
Have a look in the 'topics' section to the right of the screen (or right at the bottom if you're on a mobile) under 'exercise' for ideas. You tube is also good for exercise videos, in particular Lesley Sansome Happy Walk 😊
