I don't know why but today after 6 day of dieting. I weared jeans today which is supposed to be tight but today it is not tight . Hence work in progress
Thanks for suggestion and based on recommendation I have increased my calorie limits and fixed it to 16 kcal - 18kcal.
Breakfast : hot semi skimmed milk, 300 ml, 3x Strawberry ,Kellogg's - Cornflakes(50gm), 1x Egg - Large, Boiled with 4x Almonds
Lunch : 3x Mixed Peppers,2x Wholemeal (Medium) bread ,1x Egg - Large and Strawberry Jam, 0.5 tbsp
Dinner : Homemade - Kaala Chana (50gm);half Tomato, Chickpeas (50gm),1x Red Onion,Sunflower Oil 1tbsp, Curry Sauce(100 ml), 3x wheat atta, Cauliflower(100gm) , Soya Chunks (50gm), chickpeas (50gm); and late night with 300ml masala tea with milk and with very little sugar.
Snacks : Jacobs - Cream Cracker 1, 2 cracker with 50 gm roasted salted chickpeas
With 10 cup of water.
Total calorie : 1650 Kcal
Note :
My total carbohydrate consumption is about 250 gm and sugar is about 80 gm. Is that ok ? Because I did not added any sugar in my menu. This sugar is naturally occurred from food
