I saw your post about foods being paired. The problem is I cannot have any foods that contain iron or vitamin C. These include broccoli dark green red meat oranges strawberries tomatoes plus many more which makes my healthy diet really tough. I have yo read every label to make sure I can eat it. So eating biscuits is all I do.

Could your doctor not refer you to a dietician? None of us are medically trained and I'm pretty sure none of us want to give you the wrong advice and make your condition worse. Do you have a list of foods you can eat? Other than biscuits. That you could make your own meal plan from.
