I'm a 47 year old woman who has always struggled with my weight, I'm 5ft and weigh 13st having lost a stone in the few months.
Just over a year ago my dad passed away suddenly and for the 1st ever I started to suffer with depression.
Fast forward to now , I've been on anti depressants since October , had grief counselling and started to go to the gym so I'm feeling so much better and am hoping to come of the tablets very soon however now I need continue with my weight loss journey as I feel it's all part of feeling better in general and staying healthy.
