Hi i use health and fitness app i find its much better
I use myfitnesspal after being recommended it by someone on this forum. It's worth a try to see how you get on with it as it is free, but I find it really good, though it nags a bit if you have a day when you eat less than 1200 calories!
Hi, I've lost three stone by using the NHS 12 week fitness plan although it took me 5 months as I lost the weight slowly as recommended. I kept track of my healthy eating on paper format and not by using any type of App application because it suited me best. Hope it goes well for you and good luck.

Hi i've just started as well and i've been using fitness pal for a week. It's great so simple to use. Give it a go and see if it suits you.

I love MyFitnessPal! Have a look at the little videos in the Help section of the app.
And remember not to eat your exercise calories if you want to lose weight!

Hi, I use Myfitnesspal too. Great for seeing what's in what foods etc, not so great when you see all the sugar
Hi yeah I agree it's mad some things you think are good for you then you see it laid out like that haha but yeah it's a good way to keep an eye on things!
