I've discovered myfitnesspal.com, like the app it counts all your calories and exercise in...amazing! So easy to keep within my limits! Really think I can shift the weight this time!!

I'm on there too I find it very helpful and very easy to use. I tend to be very careful about the forums though. Some of the conversations really wind me up, lol!
I created an account last year, but as I was on slimming world, I wasn't paying attention to calories. I've been filling it in the last few days and I'm so impressed x
I use MFP too. I think it's brilliant and so easy to use. Makes me conscious of what goes into my mouth and its calorific/fat/sugar/carbs etc. good luck with your weight loss. wendy
Brilliant app. It makes you think about what you eat and the pre-defined foods for the diary really help.
I think it will be most useful in not only keeping calories down but making best use of your allowance for the day.
A colleague at work used it last year and lost 3 and a half stone. Swears by it and he, like many of us, was a yo yo dieter but he now finds it easy to keep on top of his weight. I like the integration with activity which helps give a balanced view of ones day. But best of all, it's free!
Great app - its also integrated with Runkeeper.
I'm on there but don't use it much. I agree with CarolynB - the forum posts wind me up too. I use nutracheck to calorie count and log my exercise.

Signed up for this after reading your post. I find this so useful. I was so surprised to find that the amount of sugar i eat is so much more than i thought it was! A definite wake up call.
Using MFP too, brill! I can pretty much stay within calorie count but can't keep within sugar and carb levels. Decided to watch calories then look at others when I'm closer to my goal weight.
Going to have a look at runkeeper as just started some outdoor running. Appears to be helping with weight control but is hard!
