I used the gym for free today, I also had an induction with a fitness instructor. They are having a free group personalised training. A good follow up. The depressing part was when I weighed my self on the gym scales eehhh....I weight more than I realised.

Our weight varies from hour to hour and all scales are different. so don't be dismayed, 😊 If they're more accurate than your home scales you may wish to use them very time, otherwise, stick with your own 😊
Remember, it's just a number, it doesn't define you as a person 😊

Don't panic on the scales I had a really bad time last year due to an old scales v new scales, I brought new scales only to find I weighed 17lb more than I thought, it completely ruined my plan and I then fell at work gave up and just started binging 😯😷 I ended up back at 16.9 stone last October, at that point I realized I was only hurting myself, got back walking and eating better, rejoined here in January at 15.9 been back on track mostly since. But it only took that bit of a conference knock, so please don't worry, stick to the same scales because it doesn't matter if there wrong you have still lost the same pounds.
And if they are the scales with the print out my daughter has never had the right weight yet. Enjoy the gym and good luck xx
