Really sorry to hear you've got the flu and a cough. Also sympathies to Sueper too - you don't sound well either!
I hope you'll both recuperate and get better, and try not to push yourselves too much before you're ready, as your health is really important, and sometimes your body needs a rest to recuperate properly.
Not the end of the world to miss some exercise. I just had to have 10 days off as I pulled something in my back and it didn't really seem to affect my weight loss at all.
Most weight goes through diet alone so get back to the exercise only when you feel fit enough. Have a good week.
Ow hope you get better soon don't feel too bad though because although your not feeling too great and aren't able to go to gym, just think of all the calories your body is burning trying to get you better. I know whenever I have cold/flu I definitely lose a pound or two as my appetite goes and sweat loads.
