Third day of week one. Feeling OK. Second gym session tonight and my legs have just about recovered from Monday. Felt a bit tired yesterday and mid-morning today. Otherwise OK. No real cravings, managed to avoid all the free biscuits and sweets at work.
The gym was good the swelling on my ankles has gone and I'm getting my running legs back. Going againt tomorrow.
3rd gym session went OK, did a few more minutes on the weights this time. No serious hunger pangs as yet. Belly swollen this morning, don't know why. Salmon salad for lunch. Attempting fourth night-school assignment this evening, so nothing too strenuous.
