I know from experience how quickly negative thoughts can out weigh the positives in life. We are the ones that can control wether we refocus and stay positive or get brought down from the negatives.

You are absolutely right. Having the right kind of attitude is absolutely critical to maintain focus on ones weight loss goals. Either we control the situation og the situation control us. Responding or reacting is a choice we can make.
Danny thats fantastic and is actually a very Antony/Tony Robbins thing to do. If you do not know of him he is quite a famous motivational speaker and coach.
On many of his motivational speeches etc. he talks a lot about how we should stop every morning for 3 minutes, still our minds and just focus on what we are grateful for.
After all it's very hard to be depressed or sad or angry when you are being grateful.

As I was typing that I realised I hadn't revisited his stuff for years. I must get back into it as I found him very motivating.
