My sister told me about drinking plenty of water (her personal trainer swears by it) and I’ve really found a difference. Normally by 3pm I’m yawning my head off but now I feel more energised. Would definitely recommend it.
Oh wow that’s fab :)! I find it hard to get through the day without having a nap in the afternoon. I’ll have to up my water intake. Thank you 😊
I find I need to nap less now I eat low carb but I also had an iron transfusion around the same time so I can’t be sure which takes credit. When my son was very small, I worked full time and I was on my own, I was shattered & wanted to sleep all the time. The drs said this was a sign of depression, but I said, Um maybe I am actually tired. That is allowed you know! Xx

I tried to have an afternoon nap a few weeks ago & could not do it! This the woman that can’t have the dentist chair too reclined or I will fall asleep and my mouth closes around the dentist’s fingers...
Haha oh dear! That’s good though! When I have a nap it usually takes up an hour at least of my day.
I’m glad you’re feeling brighter, it’s always good to have some down time
