I've been struggling the last three weeks, so decided it's time to start making a daily pledge. Sometimes it helps to really just take it a day at a time. I'm so pleased just to have stuck to my calorie allowance today, it's reminded me that small steps are easier to take and still get you where you're going π

Tomorrow, and only tomorrow, I pledge to:
- eat fewer than 1600 kcals
- unload my car (lots of stairs and boxes = exercise!)
- take a fruit salad as my snack to work
