Who is joining me? We have not had one for some time.

I am going to try very hard not to eat any sugar just for today. I know now it is evening but if I don't do it now than I'll never do it! :)

I pledge not to eat anything else today at all. I don't need food until tomorrow.

AM I like this one no more food for tonight. I was also eating biscuits for the sake of eating and that is why I decided to pledge as I remember I think it was Dave who came up with this brainy idea.

Oooh this is great we are all going to pledge not to eat sugar. Just for one day as I will more likely stick to it.

Great work everyone!

I started with a daily no sugar pledge 4 weeks ago on Sunday. 24 days of not eating sugar....I (and my family) cannot believe it.

Daily pledges very powerful, especially when you share them.Well done bakersdozen!

Daily pledges have helped me achieve 3 goals...So now I need a fourth.

So.tomorrow and only for tomorrow I will do 5 of each of the following:

Squats,lunges each leg, sit ups, press ups and 3 different arm exercises.

Strength work. Just for one day.

I am with you on this Asics. And I will also add on glut exercises (5 times each) for a firmer bottom.

I have to join you NHS on these exercises to strengthen my pelvis floor muscles but first I am determined to get sugar out of my mouth and if I do exercises than it is a bonus! Good luck NHS and asics! You will both succeeded!

Asics you are back! Thanks for encouraging me to do this pledge. The trouble with me is that I keep stetting goals but I keep on breaking them but this time I will try very hard not to. As Asics has told me to keep pledging and with everyone's help I will be able to get rid of my Thrush! So no more sugar just for today!

Thanks so much NHS for encouraging me! Yes I can do it! I am going to keep on telling myself it is either sugar or staying with the Thrush. What do I prefer?!

Excellent! The more the merrier! Last night I behaved myself and today is very challenging as I usually end eat crisps around 6 but not today as all of you are going to screaming at me when I look at the crisps! :)

How has your pledge been going? Mine was very good so far I must stick to no more sugar just for tomorrow which is easy peasy. Therefore I will make another pledge to try very hard to drink more water just for tomorrow.
