I am also joining you so for today eating 3 healthy meals and drinking 2 litres of water. I will try to get some walking in my tight schedule! Lets do this together and have fun!

Nasty sandwich lunch has been rescinded by organisation hosting meeting (great news in my book) and there is a fantastic canteen; forgot about pledge and had a baked potato with cheese and salad.
Did the class though didn't feel brill, but feel better for having done it.
Had three soft Trebor mints that were hanging around; also possible a spot of Lindt bunny that was hanging around; I was 'putting it away' and bit fell in my mouth...
Anyway, still within calorie limits and did the class and should get to bed! So could be worse.

Today I ate 2 meals instead of 3 which is o.k. as I didn't over eat. Walked up a hill and was very impressed that I could walk up whereas a few months ago I couldn't.
