Any pledgers for Tuesday? I pledge the following, only for Tuesday: no alcohol, and to complete a strength training session.
I got so inspired by reading the forum today, that I did a 5K this evening, even though I had only planned one strength session for today, so the run was a plus -and I still feel very energetic!

I will pledge to go to the gym today and also do my strength exercises. Good to have this Tuesday Pledge post - thanks for posting it, and good luck with your own pledges to have no alcohol and complete your strength training session.
My pledges for Tuesday are double cycle session followed by S&F then a treat with some yoga 😊 Also I go to a sewing group on Tuesday and there is ALWAYS homemade cake but if I have a good lunch I will resist 😊
I like the Tuesday Pledging! I pledge for today to go for a 10,000 steps walk, eat no chocolate (not even those few Wispa bites after dinner!) and to make a list of five things I am grateful for to remind me what a great life I have.
I pledged no chocolate and 10,000 steps, for yesterday and didn't eat any chocolate or cake or biscuits, just had a banana and a few blueberries for sweetness, and did 12,500 steps, so mission accomplished! I like the 'one day only' pledge idea, it isn't too scary! And I also made a list of 5 things I am grateful for, including my new weigh-in figure, to help me keep feeling positive.
