Try not to think about the 9st but perhaps take a step by step approach, start off with one aspect of your diet you wish to change, snacking or increasing vegetables for example, then the following week work on something else. ☺
I know it's hard not to be impatient, but it's better to take your time and create permanent good habits ☺

Baby steps sweetheart. Hardly any of us are new to diets. Ìv tried very hard to not think of this time as yet another 'diet'. Because diets don't work. A change of thinking does. Try looking at it as healthy eating leading to a healthy you. Be kind to yourself, forget previous times, treat yourself to the sensible, supportive, helpful advice you would give your best friend. It's not going to happen over night but every day of doing good things for your body is a day well spent and one nearer to a healthier lifestyle. Best of luck sweetheart, we are all here to help you along. Xx
Hello Hidden , 'serial starter' I wonder how many of us could say that. You have had some lovely support already. I agree with Cuddlygran , try thinking in a different way. It's not a diet, it's a change of life style. Don't look back at what has happened in the past, just keep looking forward and treat it as an adventure, a road never travelled. Have a good look around the supermarket, find some healthier alternatives and try things you wouldn't normally have. Look in the Topics at some of the recipes and try something new. It is easy to get into an eating rut but there are so many lovely foods out there that are far better for us. Make sure you eat enough so you don't feel hungry. Good luck.
