sometimes you have to give in to your craving... main thing is you get back onto it and dont keep eating the wrong food just cos youve had 1 slip up.
I like something sweet to follow dinner too - If I dont plan it in then I can end up eating unplanned (and high calorie) stuff.
If its a regular weak time for you, why dont you make sure you plan a dessert after dinner than won't derail your plans! I have things like smoothie lollies (about 100 cals each) or 200g alpro yoghurt (100-150 cals), sorbet, etc. I prefer frozen things as they take longer to eat!
Anyway, the main thing is that you are still here! Slip ups are fine and we all have them, picking yourself up and carrying on is the only thing that matters.
