I have lost 3 lbs this week so have failed to meet my target of 14 lbs in 3 weeks by 1 lb I will have to try harder this week as I start my new target of 7 lbs in the net 3 weeks.

That's a great weight loss! How have you managed to lose so much so quickly? I need to lose at least one stone in two months, so can you give me any tips?
Every loss is a good thing, yes have goals each week but be happy as you seem to be doing something right.
I hope I have lost a bit this Friday for my first weighing.

A realistic weekly weight loss is reckoned to be 1-2lb per week. This is a sustainable way of life. Be careful you don't get fed up (haha forgive the pun!) with a restrictive diet. It's not really sustainable. My advice would be to try and be happy with a smaller loss each week, but enjoying a balanced diet, and not depriving yourself. Only my opinion, mind you. 😊
