only lost half a pound this week... not been a great week as I buried my grandmother this week...
on the bright side half a pound is still a loss and now Im back home and back on track... thats almost 11 lbs in 5 weeks.... 7 and a half to my first target of 18 lbs...
hope everyone else out there are keeping up the good work... and remember if you fall at the first hurdle... shake yourself off and get back up and start again....

after your bad week hun like you say its still a loss well done keep it going x
I write down everything I eat and I mean everything... e.g... that biscut that you did think would add up too much....
I have cut out all fizzy drinks, alcohol, cakes, biscuts, sweets, white rice and pasta and use wheatmeal ones.....
and if you havent got one a food scales and weigh everything until you have a good judge of whats the recommended amount....
some one on hear was telling people 100gms of everything.... not a good idea... how much weight do you want to loose....
and lastly only weigh once a week and at the same time and in simular clothing....

Hi Bernie, oh you,ve cut out everything thats nice. wow i,m shocked. I,ve written down everything i,ve eaten and the calories for the day. I,ve eaten well and taken in 1,000 calories. Toasted seeded bread, tuna sarny and chili con carne. I get the feeling i,m not doing it right, lol. Im 5ft 2inches and need to loose a stone, what do you think?x
