morning all.... week 5 weigh in...
only lost half a pound this week... not been a great week as I buried my grandmother this week...
on the bright side half a pound is still a loss and now Im back home and back on track... thats almost 11 lbs in 5 weeks.... 7 and a half to my first target of 18 lbs...
hope everyone else out there are keeping up the good work... and remember if you fall at the first hurdle... shake yourself off and get back up and start again....
