Hi everyone, i am new to the site , I feel its time to sort myself out but i have lost all motivation, i have tried to start but seem to just fall in to the same pattern again and again.
For some reason i was drawn to this site and after reading a few lovely stories of hope and determination, i am ready to get my sorry butt up and running !
So any help would be highly appreciated : )
I am looking at losing around 2.5 stone hopefully, Can i as how did you get your Mojo ?

Move down to the Topics, to find a variety of threads, collated into specific topics for ease of access and we ask that you also 'file' your own threads, so that others won't miss your important news
Take a look at the 12 week plan, as a lot of people have been successful with it, making sure to enter your details into the BMI calculator, to get a calorie allowance tailored to your personal requirements. Don't forget to take your starting measurements and a 'before' picture, as they can be very motivating on days that the scales refuse to co-operate
We run daily weigh-in's and you'd be very welcome to join us. The threads can always be found in the Events section, to the right of the home page, bottom on a mobile.
We've found that to get the best out of this community, we need to be active on the forum, as it's where we exchange information, get motivation and inspiration and make friends. We hope that you'll join us here, regularly, too

Hi Camatty - Mojo is a curious thing ... Mine was born out of competitiveness originally! A couple of friends had joined Slimming World and started to lose weight, I thought I'd look into a healthy change myself but my Scottish blood wouldn't let me pay to weigh!! I found the NHS 12 week weight loss plan and MyFitnessPal to track the calories and I'm still as competitive as ever 😉
The support on the forum is fabulous and has staved off many a snack ... Along with peppermint tea which makes anything else taste vile!! Good luck on your journey ... Enjoy the ride!! 🌻🌺🌹
Thank you Folliegirl, to be honest I think it's slimming clubs that have let me down, I seem to lose 1lb or 2lb a week, whereas others lost like 5lb in there first week, I was made to feel like it wasn't enough which made me pull out . This time I want to do it for myself and like you say the support looks great here 😊
Hi good luck with the weight loss- plan small goals and if you fall off the wagon then don't beat yourself up about it- we all do at times- try and understand why so hopefully you can avoid it in the future but also use to help you make more determined to suceed
Hi Camatty , just seen your post. The biggest thing that helps me to find my mojo when it ups and goes is posting on the forum. You get so much good advice and support. If you shout for help I can guarantee people coming running. I also find it helps to get involved in some of the challenges. Good luck 🙂
