Cross Trainer Fail

Was really excited to get my shiny new cross trainer from Argos. I've waited over two weeks and taken a day off work for delivery - opened the box and it was all broken :( Luckily I didn't hit the wine and chocolate to cheer myself up but I'm not happyali today. Thought a cross trainer was to get more exercise not actually make me cross!!

Totally gut wrenching (metaphorically as opposed to actually... unfortunately :) ).

That's wasn't luck that you didn't hit the choccies and booze that was you being strong despite an emotional setback. You might be down this morning about the cross trainer but I'm guessing you're feeling really good about your reaction.

I hope you sort it out soon. Well done and keep it up.

Thank you Tiggerr I hadn't really thought of it as an emotional setback but you are right. I've only been on my new eating and drinking regime for a almost a week but in my head I wasn't starting properly until the cross trainer arrived. I'm going for a long walk on the beach instead to blow the cobwebs away and then I'll feel better. Thanks again

The walk sounds brilliant. The coast is just a wee bit too far away to just pop down and do that... wish I could. Have fun.

Aww that's a shame 😕 Will they replace it? How about a stomp round the block to get rid of your frustrations?? 😊

how annoying. hope you can get it fixed soon. But don't let it stop you getting on with the new you - there is never a good day - just do it!

Oh dear not good. I try and avoid Argos these days as I find them unreliable. x

New one coming on Wednesday which is ok, not as long as the two weeks I had to wait for the first one. Fingers crossed they won't have dropped this one.

:) I'm glad I made you laugh it sounds as though you have had a difficult few years. Well done on your 7lbs, hopefully I can get there too with or without my cross trainer x
