day 4... day 3 was hard was by far my hardest but over came it so i checked the scales this morning just to make sure i no i shouldn't have else i will be checking all the time , now have put them away till thurs . today has been a lot easier learning to adjust, to change them eating habits, but also it sums up how much rubbish i actually ate really wasn't needed i have eaten more fruit than i did before i no i'm actually losing but meal planning and writing everything down really does help.

You're off to a great start, healthy and some days will feel harder than others, although, generally, as time goes on, it does feel easier and more routine
Some people are kept on track, by weighing themselves daily, others can find themselves getting obsessive, so we each have to find the right way for us.
Keeping a food diary really does help to keep us mindful about what we're eating and definitely curtails the mindless eating we all used to indulge in
Keep up the great work and good luck for your Thursday weigh-in
Congrats healthy46 for getting through a hard day. Good commitment. I couldn't agree with you more about the planning and especially writing everything down as they help to maintain a focus.
