Not been a great week so far but knew It wouldn't be as it's half term hols and my sons birthday at the end of this week so decided to do damage limitation as much as I can this week then bang on it as from Sunday!! X

So tough when your normal routine goes out the window raynerp3 . Hang on in there you'll be back on it in 4 days. :)

Try to just eat healthily around the special times to balance it out. You can soon get back into it.

Don't give up.... it's just a blip for this week and the main thing is you know why its happening.... so maybe at Easter when the kids are off school see if you could prepare/think before the hols what you could do or just accept that for those weeks you won't be dieting... I find if I do that then I don't get the mindset of 'I've blown it now so might as well eat what I want".... and the diet never starts again ! xx

Thanks everyone. Easter won't be a problem for me just that I decided to start NHS plan on the wrong week knew it would be tricky and I am eating healthily around special meals etc. But I know if I didn't get myself on this site and talking to you guys, after Saturday I would have not got back on plan but I fully intend to give my starting weight on Saturday and get on it like a car bonnet lol xxx
