just got some bags of cooked chicken strips to put in salads the chicken looks very white should i recook the chicken

What does the directions say on the bag that the chicken comes in? I would recook it just to be on the safe side. Never know what would happen if not recooked!

As long as its not pink in the middle it should be alright but perhaps cook it to be on the safe side? Hope you enjoy your salad! Sounds lovely!

There are some great pasta salads online, and maybe cold risotto, Google healthy ones, which will ease your salad theme

Chicken breast will be white. If it says cooked then you are fine. X
