Accept where I am in life

Accept where I am in life, accept there's not always time to do everything. Today's not been great due to lack of planning time, not done any exercise this week yet. But I accept this the stage of my life, I've tried to balance every aspect of my life. Tomorrow I'll try harder (i've prepared for tomorrow's meal)!

I like that you have already taken action for tomorrow. Well done!

life does get in the way, but i know i'm not alone on this. I know i've tried

You're still doing way better than not trying at all. I haven't run at all yet this week but I have plans in place to try to run maybe tomorrow and sunday. But on the positive side I've stayed on top of my college work and the demands of my new job. Hope your meal planning works out well :)

'Life is for living'. We often apply this old saying when we have had a special occasion that interrupted our weight loss plans. However, it also relates to those times when 'life' is out of our control due to other pressures and priorities-forced-upon-us. Sometimes it is time pressures, sometimes it is responsibility for others' needs. 'Life' can be relentless but weight loss efforts need not be. So long as the general trend is downward, and you 'have a plan' just keep smiling and play the long game.

Thanks, "pressures and priorities-forced-upon-us", so true, there's so wisdom in your comment. I'll keep planning and smiling and play the long game:)

This is showing that you now have a growth mindset. You are focussing on the effort put in rather than the result. You can do this. Xx

Thanks! Fingers crossed, I'll achieve my goal like you guys did (or close to, it's quite inspiring to see a 2 stone badge next to your name). Today's been fine, tomorrow will have a family banquet at night, so I'll go easy on breakfast and lunch, plan to have hummus and celery sticks, a bit drastic I know, I don't normally do this, I like to maintain relatively even proportions for keeping blood sugar level steady, but it's not every day we have a family banquet, I just want to enjoy the food.
