About 2 weeks ago I would come home from work (sitting at my desk all day) eat my dinner and sit in front of the TV for about 4 hours before going to bed. Now I've discovered this forum and my life has changed. I make sure I move more at work (checking my Fitbit every time to see what my steps are and how close I am to my daily target) come home and instead of changing into comfortable PJ's I put my gym gear on, jump on my spin bike which was gathering dust in the garage but has now been wiped down and in my spare bedroom, download a 30 min spin class from the web to watch on my iPad whilst spinning. Eat dinner, plan for my meals for the next day, fill in my 12 week planner, log onto the forum to read the latest threads and then go to bed. Then repeat the next day and I've got to say I love it. Thank you everyone, you really have changed my life.
