Eating window

I decided not to eat after 7pm and it's been working brilliantly, losing weight in nice solid downwards trajectory.

Last night my husband came home late and cooked for himself. Did I succumbe to a biscuit, cake, chocolate?? No! I ate some turkey mince bolognese. Not a big failure BUT it's the principal. Where is my will power?!

Snap, Ceriandblue! My window stops at 8pm, but my husband came in from work with some different oatcakes, after his shift, which I had to sample, at 01.30, this morning!!! :o

Willpower? What's that?? ;)

Hi, my eating window is 9am-7pm every day. Outside of that time I might have a cup of tea (milk, no sugar) but that's it.

I must say that I do feel well on it, although I don;t always manage to do it every day of the week. Am working up to that.

I think this idea needs to be promoted more.
