Me too.Lost 8 pounds earlier this year.Was so pleased with myself.Put that back on,plus a bit more.😬

Losing the weight is the easy part, maintaining that loss is the most difficult thing going and something I've never managed. I plan to do what others on here are doing, stick around the site for maintenance accountability, maybe you could try the same
