Have a look at the newbie thread - there is loads of info there - really worth having a read.
I was surprised how quickly I took to weighing everything - there were odd moments I forgot at the beginning but now it's second nature.
Whatever diet you follow I wish you all the best - I am following the NHS 12 week plan and it really is so easy if you are diligent in weighing and measuring etc - I am eating most of what I like when I like but in moderation, I have increased my veg and fruit, cut down on cheese (my downfall, wish has been very hard having some of my favourites in the house over Christmas)
This sounds totally barmey but I can't wait to go back to work to get back into a routine again -Christmas is the hardest holidays to overcome, I have been so good on any other holidays I have had.

Well Down for the cheese! It's one of my favourite food too. I'm starting the NHS 12 Week plan as well. I will try and follow your suggestions. It's nice to see that it works for you. Good luck in 2017
