Merry Motivation!

First weekly weigh in this morning having started my sensible eating plan last Monday and I've lost 2.8lb! Yay! I know that next Monday probably won't look quite as good (haha!!) but this result has given me a kick start and the motivation to keep going. So good luck everyone and merry motivation!

well done... you've started and your in the right mindframe for losing weight now so it doesn't matter what happens at next week's weigh in its how you deal with it afterwards that counts.... enjoy yourself x

Well done! as far as I remember you don't have much to lose so that's a truly brilliant loss.

Thanks Bigmama and Grannynise. True, I do only have about a stone or less to lose - trouble is, when I lose it, it always finds me again! Seriously though, the first few pounds is always a motivator for me, because I know the next few pounds are always a lot harder to shift! I'm in the groove now though. Thanks for your support.
