2 and 1/2 stone off

17 weeks in and I'm more than happy with that. Not sure about seeing a huge difference but I feel it. In myself my clothes. At an average of just over 2lbs a week I feel its steady enough to keep me motivated and help my skin recover as well as it can. Christmas brings a fitbit flex 2 from my OH so that will spur me on to get more active. Looking forward to the challenge.

Hi Crimson, you are doing incredibly well. I can see the difference mainly in your face, your neck and around your wrists :-) I think you have also lost some inches around your rib cage? I can't wait to see where you are going. It is so exiting to witness your transformation. Good luck!

Good morning Crimson85j,

You are doing amazing, congratulations.

It's hard work isn't it. So proud of you for doing so well and for sharing your photos with us.

I wish I was brave enough to do the same as we all love to see pics yet not many of us will share as we are not brave enough or to embarrassed to 😊

Keep up the good work and thank you for the inspiration to carry on 🙂

You should get snapping and posting defo. The restrictions we have in our mind can be overwhelming. I know girls of size 10 and 6 who hate this and that about their body. Love yours. It is beautiful and marvellous x x x Thanks for the kind response x x x you can do it x
